Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement

Lumiveil is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By accessing the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably believe are operated by minors.

2. Nature of the Service

Lumiveil provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. Output is synthetic and produced from user-supplied prompts and settings. All persons depicted are fictional and generated by machine learning models; any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental and not intentional.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Lumiveil to generate, request, upload, or distribute:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. This is an absolute prohibition.
• Non-consensual sexual imagery of identifiable real persons (including deepfakes of public figures, celebrities, or private individuals).
• Content that sexualizes violence, non-consent scenarios, bestiality, or incest.
• Content intended to defame, harass, blackmail, or impersonate a real person.
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions we operate.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, forfeiture of credits, and referral to law enforcement where required.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service you grant Lumiveil a non-exclusive license to store, display back to you, and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not claim commercial rights to your outputs.

5. Payments & Credits

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by our payment partners. Credits are consumed on generation submission and are generally non-refundable once a generation has been queued. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Lumiveil is not liable for any loss resulting from use of the service beyond the amount you paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
